Where are Cyberpunk 2077 PC Collector’s Edition pre-orders?
Fans are asking where they can find the Cyberpunk 2077 PC Collector’s Edition pre-orders, because they’re nowhere to be found right now.
Update: It looks like the PC listings still aren’t live as of 2:33 PM ET, but you can snag a copy right now via GameStop if you hurry on console.
Eager gamers across the United States and Canada are refreshing their favorite retailer’s website right now trying to get their hands on a Cyberpunk 2077 PC Collector’s Edition with no luck.
After tweeting out that folks could look forward to locking in pre-orders for the PC version of the game following the PS4 and Xbox One versions quickly selling out on June 20 at 10 AM PST, players were poised, credit cards in hand, to make a big purchase today.
Unfortunately, the game still hasn’t surfaced online at GameStop, Amazon, or Best Buy, the retailers listed in the initial tweet from the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account. As you can imagine, people aren’t very happy with this turn of events, as they’re taking to Twitter in droves asking CD Projekt RED where their preorders are and why they still haven’t shown up.
>What: PC Standard and Collector’s Edition Pre-orders
>Where: US & Canada
>When: June 20th, 10AM PST!#Cyberpunk2077 pic.twitter.com/zC9jAY98yu
Originally, it appeared that US and Canadian gamers weren’t going to be getting physical PC versions, but that all changed. And now with the pre-orders supposedly going live today and nothing happening, fans are understandably upset.
Some fans have stated they’ve been in touch with retailers like Amazon’s Canadian branch and EB Games, who apparently have no idea they’re supposed to be expecting a PC Collector’s Edition today.
Called https://t.co/hv4VB69Zif and spoke with a manager. They haven’t received any notification from, CD Projekt Red for a PC CE physical pre-order. IT department can’t update the site because it’s on the CD to notify them. I assume the same for https://t.co/IDky0NTdrn as well.
In the meantime, we’ll keep an eye out and keep you abreast of the situation as soon as we see the pre-order links go live. For now, be sure to check out our Cyberpunk 2077 pre-order guide to see how and where you can snag a copy for yourself.
Right now, unfortunately, there are no pre-order links to snag the PC version of the game as the listings are not currently live. If that happens to change in the near future, we’ll let you know. Looks like nabbing one of these awesome pre-order sets is going to prove much more difficult than we thought. Keanu, can you step in and give us a little help here?

Microsoft Xbox One Cyberpunk 2077 limited edition launch teased for April 20
An Xbox One bundle for your perfect collection is coming soon and it has Cyberpunk 2077 written all over it.
Microsoft Xbox is teasing the launch of a new addition to the product in four days. It looks like the company is preparing to introduce the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One controller. The controller had already leaked via an Amazon Canada listing. Now, the official website of Xbox is playing a video glitch when you visit. The glitch is inspired by Cyberpunk 2077 where the screen glitches up and a message tells you to return in four days. In other words, we are looking at the April 20 launch of the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One controller. Also Read – Crysis Remastered is confirmed, coming to PC, PS4, Xbox and Switch
Ahead of the launch, the console appeared to have leaked but the source of the same is not sure. CD Project Red has stated that Cyberpunk 2077 will receive as much DLC support as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt had 16 pieces of free DLC and two massive expansions. Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled to release on September 17, 2020. When it becomes available, Xbox One owners will be able to get a free upgrade to the Xbox Series X version through Smart Delivery. There is no denying the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated games of this year. With the Cyberpunk 2077-themed Xbox One bundle, Microsoft and CD Project Red have created another fine addition for your collections. The controller and the bundle first appeared on Amazon Canada, which revealed multiple detailed pictures. It did seem like an inadvertent mistake but rather a deliberate one. It is also clear that we are looking at an Xbox One controller not an Xbox Series X controller. The Amazon Canada listing said the Xbox One bundle will become available on May 4, 2020, reports Windows Central. For Xbox, 2020 could be the year when it could come back strong against Sony PlayStation. Xbox is a clear laggard here but Xbox Series X could be an opportunity to fight back. With reports of Sony doing limited production runs for PS5, Xbox has a genuine opportunity to shine. These limited edition console bundles will only fill the gap until the big announcement.
Cyberpunk 2077 editions
Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition will be available in June in limited quantities, controller available now
If the Cyberpunk 2077-themed Xbox One X leaked a couple of days ago, Microsoft has confirmed today that it will be available in June in limited quantities. Actually, the Xbox team emphasized that this will be the last Xbox One X limited edition console to be released, and only 45,000 units will be manufactured.
Just like the Xbox One X Gears 5 Limited Edition console before it, the Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition console will come with a stand as the vertical position is really best to admire the Xbox team’s attention to detail. Indeed, this console has laser etchings and LED light on front, custom panels on top, and an “No future” graffiti underneath that glows in the dark.

The console will also come with a digital copy of the game ahead of its September release, as well as a matching Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition Xbox Controller, which is available to purchase separately for $74.99 starting today. This one is definitely a looker with its metallic look graced by some subtle scratches. The Xbox team’s goal was to create “a half natural and half cyber-enhancement design inspired by the breathtaking character, Johnny Silverhand.”
Also available today is the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox Pro Charging Stand is available today for $49.99 USD, while the Seagate Cyberpunk 2077 Special Edition Game Drive and the Steelseries Arctis 1 Wireless for Xbox Johnny Silverhand Edition headset will be available in June 2020.
Cyberpunk 2077, from the developers of the critically-acclaimed RPG The Witcher 3 is definitely one of the most-anticipated games of the year. Microsoft seems to enjoy a special partnership with developer CD Projekt Red, and the Cyberpunk 2077 segment of Microsoft’s E3 2019 presser featuring Keanu Reeves was definitely one of the highlights of the annual trade show last year. CD Projekt Red has already announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will get a free update to optimize the game for Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox Series X, but the Xbox One X will likely be the best console to play the very ambitious game when it’s released on September 17, 2020.
Cyberpunk 2077 to have “substantial” free DLC and larger expansions
CD Projekt RED have confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 will have lots of lovely free DLC along with some meatier expansions that you will have to pay for.
“In terms of DLC, we’re going to keep with our promise of free DLC,” CD Projekt RED’s Alvin Liu, “We don’t want to nickel and dime players, charging one dollar, two dollars, for like a skin or something like that. So every DLC we release will be free. Absolutely. Just like Witcher 3. And I think some of these DLCs were pretty substantial as well. The beard trimming in the Witcher 3 ended up being one of my favourite features.”
“We are talking about expansions in the future,” he adds. “We want to make sure everything’s complete, but we also want to build open worlds. I know when I was playing The Witcher 3 and I finished everything, I still want to know what everyone was up to. I think we’re going to have opportunities like that as well for Cyberpunk 2077.”
He was also very keen to state that the expansions are not a part of the full game that they are cutting out and selling separately. “We’re not withholding content, we’re not withholding story for the future to try to, you know, monetise it or sell it in pieces or anything like that. You’re going to get the whole, full value game here,” he stated.
Cyberpunk 2077 was previewed at E3 two weeks ago and questions were raised by several outlets including ourselves about how CD Projekt Red are handling representation of different races in the game. You can read our thoughts on the game here.
CD Projekt RED also released some rather snazzy concept art was released yesterday, you can find that here.
The game will launch on 16th April 2020 and features Keanu Reeves playing a rock star named Johnny Silverhand. This isn’t the first time Keanu has dabbled in the cyberpunk realm, he starred in Johnny Mnemonic, a film based on the William Gibson story.

Step Into the World of Cyberpunk 2077 When the Lore Book Launches in June
When Cyberpunk 2077 was originally slated to launch on April 16th, its lore book from Dark Horse, The World of Cyberpunk 2077, would’ve hit stores a few days thereafter on April 21st. Since the game’s delay, however, not a word has been uttered about the lore book’s new release date. Now, an updated listing on Dark Horse’s website indicates the lore book will launch early this summer on June 17th.
Check out a screenshot of the book’s updated listing below:
Priced at $39.99, The World of Cyberpunk 2077 is comprised of 192 pages. Within those pages, fans can expect a deep exploration of the sci-fi title’s lore, world, characters, cybernetics, other technologies, and politics. Needless to say, those who pick up this companion tome are bound to find it teeming with interesting content.
There’s more than one version that will go on sale. The hardcover edition noted above will launch alongside a digital version, which costs $19.99. Dark Horse has a Deluxe Edition in the works, too, featuring a number of physical extras. For the list price of $99.99, fans can expect the Deluxe Edition to additionally include an exclusive Night City map cover, Night City graffiti slipcase cover, set of temporary tattoos, Johnny Silverhand poster, as well as a set of vehicle-centric postcards.
CD Projekt RED hasn’t shown off much of Cyberpunk 2077 since last year. Though it was to appear in some capacity at recent events, such as Taipei Game Show and PAX East, those plans were nixed in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak. It’s currently unclear when the studio will share more information about the title, but CD Projekt RED counts among the first exhibitors signed up to take part in gamescom this August.
Cyberpunk 2077 will launch later this year on September 17th for the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One platforms.
Microsoft Debuted Edgy New ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ Xbox One X Bundle Releasing Summer 2020

- This bundle will be the final Xbox One X limited edition console to ever be released before the Xbox Series X debuts later in 2020
- The console will be available in June while the controller it’s paired with is available today for $74.99 at select retailers
“Cyberpunk 2077” is set to release in Sept. 17, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait until fall to get kitted out with some cool custom gear.
Following a series of rumors and rampant speculation, Microsoft has officially announced its upcoming Xbox One X “Cyberpunk 2077” Limited Edition Bundle.
The Xbox One X “Cyberpunk 2077” Limited Edition Bundle will feature a special cybernetic design with bright colored panels, color shift effects and glowing elements in a bit to capture the futuristic tone of Night City, where the game takes place. It will include a 1TB hard drive as well as a full digital download of “Cyberpunk 2077” when the game releases. The download will become available after the title hits store shelves.

Microsoft has indicated that this bundle will actually be the final Xbox One X limited edition console to ever be released, with only 45,000 units available across the globe. It isn’t clear just yet how pre-orders will open up or when they will, but this will be a rare find for anyone who loves collecting special edition systems.
In addition to a special console, the Xbox One X will come with a two-toned Xbox Wireless Controller that will also be sold separately. It’s up for preorder as of today for $74.99, and you can pick one up now if you want to get your game on with a cybernetic spin. Inspired by the character Johnny Silverhand, portrayed by Keanu Reeves, it’s compatible with the Xbox One family of devices and includes a 3.5mm stereo headset jack and Bluetooth for wireless gaming on PC, tablets, and mobile devices.
Microsoft has also announced a special “Cyberpunk 2077” Limited Edition Xbox Pro Charging Stand that can help keep the controller juiced up for $49.99. It’s also available today at select retailers. It’s been painted to match the Xbox One X so you can have a whole set of matching accessories along with the Seagate Game Drive for Xbox: “Cyberpunk 2077” Special Edition in 2TB and 5TB capacity options. Both options are available today to pre-order for $89.99 and $149.99, respectively, and will be available to purchase in June alongside the console.

It’s SteelSeries’ contribution to the new line of “Cyberpunk 2077” products and is up for pre-order today for $109.99 before it debuts this June.
Fan Outcry Is Bringing Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition For PC To The US
Cyberpunk 2077’s collector’s edition will be made available for PC in the United States, after all, thanks to some unrelenting fans.
So, Cyberpunk 2077‘s collector’s edition will be made available for PC in the United States, after all, thanks to some unrelenting fans.
It had previously been announced that the PC version of the game would not be sold as a collector’s edition in the US for reasons unknown, leaving gamers quite unhappy, as there would be no V action figure, no art book, and no Visitor’s Guide to Night City – among other very cool items – for PC players since the game would only be available in digital form.
CD Projekt Red global community lead, Marcin Monot, got on Twitter to share the disappointing news this week.
“To answer questions about the availability of PC version of #Cyberpunk2077 in the US. PC will only be available digitally,” he tweeted. “All other countries where boxed PC game is being sold will have a downloadable code inside (both SE and CE). Hope this clears things up!”
The powers that be at CDPR were probably under the impression that PC players don’t care much for boxes. However, they were duly informed that there are purists out there who don’t mind paying extra for a collector’s edition of a game even if the actual game comes via a download code.
Well, the cries have been heard, and, thanks to incessant comments from fans all over the US, CDPR has gone back on its stance and will be making the PC version of the upcoming game available in collector’s edition form in the States.
The official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account has returned with some awesome news following Monot’s prior bombshell.
Good news for our US community – @Marcin360 kept telling us how much you all want #Cyberpunk2077 PC editions (Standard and CE!) available physically in stores. It‘ll happen – we‘ll share more details in the future! pic.twitter.com/65kGrMOzsG
“Good news for our US community – @Marcin360 kept telling us how much you all want #Cyberpunk2077 PC editions (Standard and CE!) available physically in stores,” the message reads. “It‘ll happen – we‘ll share more details in the future!” Phew! So, there’s that. The fans win this time.
Cyberpunk 2077 will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 16, 2020.
Cyberpunk 2077’s Collector’s Edition is Packed With Plenty of Goodies
Based on the game’s E3 2019 presence, Cyberpunk 2077 will come packed with everything–Slick art style, an expansive open world, Keanu Reeves, character creation, oh, and Keanu Reeves. But consumers will have the option to bring some of Cyberpunk 2077’s world into reality, courtesy of the recently revealed Collector’s Edition.
The Cyberpunk 2077 Collector’s Edition will be packed with goodies, including a statue, steelbook case, hardback art book, and more. This and more certainly seems to explain the hefty price tag of $250 USD. All of the physical items that will feature in the Collector’s Edition are listed below:
- Collector’s Edition box
- Case with game discs
- Collectible SteelBook®
- 25 cm / 10 inch statue depicting V – the game’s protagonist – in action
- Hardcover art book
- Metal pin set
- Quadra V-tech metal keychain
- An annotated copy of A Visitor’s Guide to Night City sealed in an NCPD Evidence Bag
- Embroidered patches
- World Compendium detailing the game’s setting and lore
- Postcards from Night City
- Map of Night City
- Sticker bomb set
Check out an unboxing video of this edition’s content in the following video:
Unfortunately, CD Projekt RED’s Community Lead, Marcin Momot, had some bad news for PC players. Because the PC version of Cyberpunk 2077 will only have a digital release in the United States, the Collector’s Edition will not be available to PC players in the States.
Preorders for the Collector’s Edition are live at retailers and online. It seems PlayStation 4 fans on Amazon acted fast, as this version of the title already appears to be sold out. However, GameStop apparently still has the Collector’s Edition of Cyberpunk 2077 in stock.
Those unwilling or unable to spend extra on Cyberpunk 2077 need not worry. Similar to The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077’s standard edition will have plenty of extras on its own. These physical extras include a World Compendium, Night City postcards, Night City Map, and stickers. The digital offerings are to feature the game’s soundtrack, an art booklet, Cyberpunk 2020 sourcebook, and desktop and mobile wallpaper.
Xbox One X ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ closes the limited edition series with a bang
It may have started as a leak on Amazon listings but, now, it’s official. Microsoft has released the official sneak peek of the Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 coming out this June.
What’s more? It’s just the right edgy and hype Xbox One X Limited Edition bundle to end the final limited series of consoles.
According to the Xbox spokesperson Major Nelson’s blog, the Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition Bundle 1T is coming this June. This ensures that gamers are ready to just press play and go deep into the action when Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red’s futuristic action-adventure smash hit, will be out in September.
Cyberpunk Design with an Attitude
Based on the released color design, the Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition Xbox One features a cybernetic design splashed in muted yellow and blue. This goes in perfect contrast with the special controller, which hints at silver red, greys, and a splash of red. This highlight is almost reminiscent of how the new character Miss V takes center stage with her overall revamped and dashing look. However, the design’s cyber-enhancement touches are truly inspired by Johnny Silverhand, the Rockerboy played by Keanu Reeves.
“Its design features glow-in-the-dark elements, custom decorative panels, LEDs, color-shift effects, and textures–all evoking numerous facets of Cyberpunk 2077’s dark future setting,” says CD Projekt in their official blog.
Add-ons Worth Adding On
The Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition console will have full digital download access of Cyberpunk 2077 once it’s released. It will also feature its own Cyberpunk 2077 limited edition controller. Major Nelson teased that this bundle will have more surprises in store, especially since this will be the final limited edition console.
For those who are willing to advance the controller or make sure you have an extra for multiplayer, the Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition wireless controller is already available at select retailers for $74.99. Expect to have the usual inclusions for controllers, such as 3.5mm headset jack and the integrated Bluetooth feature for those who want to use it on Microsoft’s other devices.
If you want the full set, Microsoft is also offering the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox controller stand. It’s a charging stand that has the same vibe as the main controller and features a magnetic contact system so you won’t have to worry about your console’s safety while taking a break from the game.
Make sure to tune in to updates on preorders as units will only be available to 45,000 to be distributed worldwide.

It’s Official, The Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X Is Coming In June
- by Fraser Gilbert Fri 17th Apr 2020
Update (Fri 17th Apr, 2020 20:23 BST): Xbox has now officially announced the Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition Xbox One X, set to release in June. You can see the reveal above:
The console includes glow in the dark elements, laser etchings, an LED light and custom panels.
Original story: (Fri 17th Apr, 2020 11:45 BST): Just last night, Xbox engaged in some cryptic social media posts and website teasers about something related to Cyberpunk 2077, which appears to be a console and controller bundle. We noted the leaked controller in a separate post yesterday, and now an apparent image of the Xbox One X is doing the rounds.
You can see it above, which has been shared on Twitter via a user called @DUDEMAN127. There’s a chance this image isn’t real (we can’t verify the source of it), but it certainly appears legit.
The vast majority of responses on Twitter have suggested they really don’t like the look of the console, although the controller has received plenty of praise. It looks like we’ll be waiting until April 20th for an official unveiling (according to a tease on the Xbox website), so we’ll soon know if this is the real deal.
What do you think of the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
The very last special edition Xbox One X will be available later this year in extremely limited quantities!
A brand new custom Xbox One X has been officially unveiled, taking on a futuristic design worthy of the Cyberpunk 2077 collaboration behind it. Evoking the very essence of the game, designers from Microsoft and CD Projekt Red worked to bring elements of the upcoming first-person RPG to the exterior of a console — complete with mismatched textures and plates, glow in the dark elements, LED lights, and a controller inspired by Night City’s own Johnny Silverhand. You can see this unique piece of gaming history for yourself below!
As the final limited edition Xbox One X console, the Cyberpunk 2077 edition Xbox One X will be extremely limited, with only 45,000 systems being produced. In addition to the 1TB console, players who pick up this bundle will be rewarded with the custom controller and a digital voucher for the game. For those looking to add a little Cyberpunk flair to their collection without breaking the bank, the limited edition controller will also be made available separately.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release on September 17th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. More surprises for the limited Xbox One X bundle were also teased, so be sure to stay tuned for more information as we get it.

The Curious Timing of the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X Bundle
Why would Microsoft release a new Xbox One bundle just months before Series X comes out? | Source: Ina FASSBENDER / AFP
- Microsoft has revealed a limited edition Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X bundle due out this June.
- Xbox says this represents the last limited edition Xbox One console with a production run capped at 45,000 units.
- The bundles go on sale three months ahead of Cyberpunk 2077 and 4 to 5 months ahead of the expected release of the Series X.
Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Bundle
While the hardware itself doesn’t depart from the standard Xbox One X model, it leans heavily on the Cyberpunk 2077 aesthetic – a world of rampant trans-humanism, corrupt mega-corporations, and colorful characters out to make a name for themselves in the seedy streets of Night City.
Here’s the official blurb Microsoft cooked up to tempt would-be buyers:
Created in collaboration between designers from CD PROJEKT RED and Microsoft, the limited-edition, 1TB console encapsulates the urban decay and vibrant tech of Night City. Its design features glow-in-the-dark elements, custom decorative panels, LEDs, color-shift effects, and textures — all evoking numerous facets of Cyberpunk 2077’s dark future setting.
To pile on the sense of exclusivity, Microsoft explains that the Cyberpunk 2077 bundle will be the last limited Xbox One X console, with production capped at 45,000 units. The console will be available from June this year.
An Ill-Timed Proposition
Microsoft’s Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 bundle is an odd proposition. Limited edition consoles generally ship alongside the game’s from which they take inspiration. In this case, the console will go on sale three months ahead of Cyberpunk 2077 and include a digital download code for the game.
The exact reasons for this are currently unknown, but insiders suggest it may be a sign that Microsoft will wind down Xbox One production in favor of maximizing Series X output from June onward.
It’s safe to assume that Microsoft is attempting to trigger a final surge of purchases before the next-gen Xbox Series X. A heavy-hitting AAA release is as good as it gets in terms of a console seller. But, when the bundle goes on sale, the Xbox Series X will only be 4 to 5 months away.
It’s hard to imagine much appetite for a console that will be superseded by a much more powerful replacement months later, even from the game’s most die-hard fans and collectors. And that, despite the unquestionable pull of CD Projekt Red’s highly-anticipated RPG.
With that said, Microsoft’s next-gen strategy is very much one of a slow transition to ensure the Xbox eco-system remains equitable in terms of access regardless of which console (or even PC) players have. For example, upcoming first-party titles such as Halo: Infinite will launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC simultaneously. Xbox head Phil Spencer hints that this could be the case for platform exclusives up to two years after the release of the next-gen console.
Drawing new players to Xbox thanks to Cyberpunk 2077’s clout plays into that player-centric approach, but the bundle doesn’t seem to offer enough to convert late comers to Xbox.

CMON Announces Cyberpunk 2077 – Afterlife: The Card Game
CMON and CD PROJEKT RED are proud to announce Cyberpunk 2077 – Afterlife: The Card Game. Co-designed by award-winning game designers Eric M. Lang and Andrea Chiarvesio, the game thrusts players into the dark alleyways of Night City, where ruthless gangs clash with corporations in an endless war for money, power, and control. This will be the first collaboration between the two companies, with plans for more to follow.
In Cyberpunk 2077 – Afterlife: The Card Game, players become Fixers. Fixers are the databrokers and masterminds in Night City who recruit cyberpunks, equip them with gear, and send them out on missions. But nothing’s free in Night City. Players need to balance between what they want and what they can actually afford. Using an innovative drafting mechanic and special dashboard, players must decide which cards they want to buy, and which to sacrifice for funds in order to purchase new ones.
Each successful mission raises the player’s Street Cred, with mission survivors becoming Veterans, imparting their knowledge and experience to newer recruits. In this chrome-infused world, Street Cred is the only currency that truly matters.
Eric M. Lang, CMON’s Director of Game Design, said of the project, “I’m a huge fan of Cyberpunk and have played it since the first edition. I grew up playing the RPG and have kept up with the franchise through the years. Andrea Chiarvesio and I were beyond thrilled to work on it.”
“We have a big board game community at the studio, and we couldn’t be happier to partner up with CMON. We love their games and are very excited to show the world our shared vision for a great card game in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe,” said Rafał Jaki, Business Development Director at CD PROJEKT RED.
Cyberpunk 2077 – Afterlife: The Card Game will be released in 2020.
