GTA Online Update Adds New Cars To Benny’s
It’s official! The data-miners and leakers came through once again, providing solid info regarding the next bigger GTA Online DLC. Rockstar has finally published an official announcement about what we’ve known for some time now.
A known leaker with a bothersome penchant for cryptic messages recently leaked a number of images taken of in-game models that weren’t available yet as well as a projected release date.
LATEST GTA NEWS CLIPS
Well, that date came around. And instead of an actual release, we got official confirmation on the update, as well as the actual release date – tomorrow. The update will be adding three new vehicles to the list of cars serviced by Benny’s Original Motorworks, which was added in the Lowriders GTA Online DLC some time ago. The leaks showed off two of the three vehicles, though one of them was misidentified.
The three new rides are the custom Vapid Slamvan, the custom Dundreary Virgo Classic and, as a rather big surprise, the custom Faction Donk. Yeah, the Donk. Rockstar put that in there as a joke vehicle.
Whether or not the update will have any more vehicles or other content is unknown, as the official announcement isn’t particularly wordy and does call this a “first glimpse” of the vehicles. Chances are Rockstar will be adding another, longer post detailing the new update before or at launch. They have been known to officially announce and release simultaneously in the past, though we usually get a day or two warning before the big releases hit.
The images released each show off one of the possible fully customized versions of the new cars. The Slamvan has a WW2 heavy bomber theme going on with the riveted plates and paint-job. The Virgo is going for a more classic (no pun intended) lowrider look with the intricate paint-job and body mods.
The Donk? Well, yeah. It’s the Donk. The “Donkster Truck” version shown in the image is pretty much the exact opposite of a “low”rider with that custom suspension, but it’s novel enough to gain validity as a joke vehicle. I know which of the three new rides is my favorite.
Rockstar’s plans to expand Benny’s inventory were known from the first official Lowriders announcement, so we’ve known that something like this would be coming down the line. The custom body shop was updated recently with two cars, the Sultan and the Banshee, resulting in the latter becoming the game’s new fastest car after a bit of tweaking. It has since been surpassed though.
Are you guys excited for the new custom cars coming to GTA Online? Which is your favorite?

Grand Theft Auto 5 Mod Releases New Update With Rockstar’s Blessing
Grand Theft Auto 5 modding tool OpenIV returns to availability, complete with the caveated approval of Rockstar Games, following the controversy over its closure.
It’s been an extremely difficult time of late for the Grand Theft Auto 5 modding community. Last week, publisher Take-Two Interactive sent a cease and desist letter to the creator of OpenIV, a tool that is hugely important in the modding scene for the game. Although the tool was subsequently closed down, much to the outrage of fans, it appears as though some middle ground has been met.
Right now, a brand new update to OpenIV is available, meaning that those wanting to get back into modding Grand Theft Auto 5 can do so with the tool. However, it does seem likely that there might have to be a few changes to the way in which the modding scene is expected to operate, to help align with what Take-Two and developer Rockstar Games will allow.
Indeed, as it turns out the return of OpenIV appears to have come with Rockstar’s blessing. The developer posted an update on its website, clarifying its stance on fan-made mod content after initially raising concerns about how OpenIV could be used with GTA Online. Now, Rockstar’s stance makes very good reading for those looking to create again. “Rockstar Games believes in reasonable fan creativity, and, in particular, wants creators to showcase their passion for our games,” Rockstar said in the statement.
“After discussions with Take-Two, Take-Two has agreed that it generally will not take legal action against third-party projects involving Rockstar’s PC games that are single-player, non-commercial, and respect the intellectual property (IP) rights of third parties,” the statement continued. Rockstar then clarified that this arrangement will not cover mods for multiplayer or online services, or mods that bring outside properties into Grand Theft Auto 5, which would most probably include the likes of the Grand Theft Auto 5 Hulk mod.
Although the modding community will be thrilled with the news, this resolution will also prove a relief for Take-Two and Rockstar Games. After all, the reaction to OpenIV initially being shut down was extremely negative, with players and fans leaving negative Grand Theft Auto 5 reviews in protest to the closure of the tool. Now, it’s likely that such action will cease entirely.
It also means that potential sales implications for the game will have been avoided, given the swift reversal on the matter. After all, Grand Theft Auto 5 is the best-selling game in America since NPD tracking began, and neither Take-Two Interactive nor Rockstar Games would want to jeopardize future sales over something that could so heavily affect the reputation of those involved. Hopefully, fans will now be able to return to creating mods in peace.

Will GTA 5 Online continue to be updated?
GTA 5 is one of the most popular and best selling games of all time. However, with Rockstar recently releasing Red Dead Redemption 2, some GTA fans are wondering whether the record breaking game will continue to receive updates to its online portion.
Simply put, yes! It has been confirmed that GTA Online will continue to receive not only support but further updates also.
This was confirmed on Take Two’s recent financial call. For those who don’t know Rockstar, the GTA 5 publisher, are a subsidiary of Take Two.

GTA Online Update and Content
How GTA 5 Online will be updated going forward wasn’t discussed. At this point in the game’s life cycle it seems unlikely the game will be getting anything too revolutionary.
Major GTA updates in the past included the introduction of new game modes, additional heists and the hugely popular content creator update. These, along with other updates along the way, have combined to make GTA 5 one of the most successful games ever.
Clearly the player base is still thriving and that is why Take Two confirmed its intention to carry on supporting the game. Further updates from a content perspective will likely be of a similar format to the last update, Grand Theft Auto Online: Arena War. This update included new battle modes and an array of new vehicles.
GTA fans, and gamers alike, are desperately waiting for some type of news regarding GTA 6. Up to now, Rockstar have remained extremely tight-lipped on the inevitable follow up to GTA 5.
Rumors have been circulating across the video game community for years now, quite literally! One interesting rumor is that GTA 6 will be include the entirety of the USA as the map. As the game hasn’t been announced yet, and RDR2 has just been released, we could see the next GTA game made for the PS5 (and Xbox 2).
Today’s ‘GTA V’ Update Includes New Items, Redesigned Interfaces, And More Camera Options
In addition to today’s launch of the new Ill-Gotten Gains DLC for Grand Theft Auto V, the free content was released alongside a large update that makes several changes to the popular open-world crime title. Giving players a comprehensive listing of all the changes that were introduced as part of the new GTA V patch, Rockstar Games revealed the complete change log for Title Update 1.27 on their official support website.
The latest update for Grand Theft Auto V brings several tweaks and bug fixes to the title’s story based campaign as well as the game’s popular online multiplayer mode. In addition to fixing known issues, Rockstar Games also gave fans plenty of new content changes in this week’s new GTA V update.
The in-game internet that players can access from their phones within GTA V has been redesigned as part of Title Update 1.27. The interface for each vehicle website inside the game has been redesigned, making them easier to browse. This should help users find specific vehicles to purchase, including those that were added in today’s patch.
Those enjoying GTA V on Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC also received a few exclusive new features that aren’t available on last-gen consoles. The first person vehicle hood cam that was previously only found in the PC edition of Grand Theft Auto V has now been added to the Xbox One and PS4. All newer platforms also received new options to the Interaction Menu in GTA Online that will allow gamers to change more their equipped jewelry at any time.
Beyond the bug fixes and general tweaks, Rockstar Games also added several new items to Grand Theft Auto V today with the release of the Ill-Gotten Gains: Part One DLC pack. The new add-on gives users access to new vehicles, weapons, clothing, and tattoos. All of the content is meant to be expensive purchases to compensate for the increased income that many GTA V players have seen since the launch of online heist missions.
“You’ve done the crime – and reaped stacks upon stacks of dirty cash much to the chagrin of San Andreas’ reeling financial institutions. So, what to do with your newfound wealth? Sensible low-risk investments and a quiet retirement? Live out the rest of your years comfortably but inconspicuously with an understated and respectable lifestyle?”
Players will also be able to celebrate the new GTA V update this weekend as Rockstar Games is hosting a special online event that will offer many bonuses and in-game rewards. As the Inquisitr reported earlier this week, the event will grant users the chance to earn extra cash and RP within GTA Online.
Are you more likely to purchase in-game currency through Shark Cards since all of the currently available DLC for GTA V has been delivered as free content updates?
Gta 5 new update
Grand Theft Auto 5 online is updated with new ‘Heists’ game mode along with other new content, such as vehicles, weapons and challenges.
Ever since the debut of the original Grand Theft Auto, back in the depths of the 90s under DMA, it has been clear that the main single-player campaign was only intended as a fraction of the total experience on offer. The series has made its name through allowing the player to commit wanton destruction at their leisure; it is a truly open ended world that is offered.
With the release of Grand Theft Auto 5, this was taken to another level, with the introduction of an online mode. For the first time, this allowed players to inhabit an environment populated by something other than mindless NPCs. Rockstar has made it clear that focusing on its online offering is a major priority for the next few years, and the latest update to hit the Xbox version(s) of the game confirms this.
A new game mode titled ‘Heists’ has been introduced, described by the firm as,
“massive, multi-layered, 4-player co-operative missions that encourage players to work together and make the most of their individual strengths, and a team’s level of communication and coordination can make or break each mission”
This new game mode is only available for players of a higher experience level, only those with an experience level of 12 and with a high-end apartment can enter. Once completed, heists will become re-playable and new adversary modes will be triggered, allowing a little PvP fun.
The update also brings with it a number of new weapons, vehicles, challenges and achievements, among other things, to see the full list head here.
In all, this is a compelling update, and should give even veteran users a reason to jump back into things (should they need it).

GTA 5 is going to get a massive update that will add Gunrunning in the game. The update will be live on June 13th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Rockstar has officially release a trailer that offer a glimpse of new competitive event that allows player to enter into the world of illegal weapon industry.

GTA V mods coming to PS4, Xbox One in new update
Rockstar will soon let console gamers create their very own GTA V mods
In the next update for GTA V, console gamers will be able to create, share and download customized mods, adding in a massive dollop of freshness to the game.
Rockstar Games didn’t exactly break the news with a full-on announcement–instead it was cleverly embedded in a blog post about the Ill-Gotten Gains modding contest, where the devs pretty much sneaked in a confirmation.
“The upcoming launch of the Rockstar Editor for PS4 and Xbox One as the next update to Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online means the next Rockstar Editor Contest will be the first one with entries across all three platforms – so the creative competition will be fiercer than ever. Stay tuned for info about that contest and forthcoming update.”
Up until now gamers had no clue when mod support would come to PS4 and Xbox One–sure we knew it was in the works and planned for a release, but no one was sure when it’d roll out. Now it’s right around the corner, and pretty soon digital criminals everywhere will busily craft their own amazing creations adding such favorites like Hulkbuster armor, RPG overhauls, and even tweaking the physics to make cars fling across Los Santos like toys.
PS4 and Xbox One will get a console-friendly flavor of the Rockstar Editor, and this might mean certain features from the PC modding suite are watered down and maybe even removed, so be sure to prepare for that outcome if you happen to be familiar with the PC’s modding tools. The devs will have an update incoming with more info here shortly so we’ll get specifics then.

‘Grand Theft Auto V Premium Edition’ Updates: Enhancements Or New Features May Arrive Soon
The “Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V” has already sold more than 90 million copies globally, and now, publisher Rockstar Games Inc. will be releasing a “Premium Edition” of the game this April.
The “Premium Edition” was originally to be released on March 23, but it was eventually pushed back by Rockstar Games Inc. to April. The “Premium Edition” is basically the base game with additions of four years’ worth of downloadable content (DLC) and the “Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack.”
With no new content offered, fans of “GTA” are confused as to why Rockstar Games Inc. decided to launch the “GTA V: Premium Edition” now.
According to Game Rant, there is a circulating speculation that the “GTA V” will be receiving enhancements for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X. Currently, the game runs on PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows.
Since the initial release of “GTA V,” several graphical enhancements have already been given to the game as it was launched on PS4 and Xbox One. However, graphical enhancements do not seem to be a possible selling point for the game, as most developers release these enhancements through free updates.
Another rumor obtained by Game Rant is that Rockstar will be announcing the rumored “GTA V” Nintendo Switch port. The chances of a Switch version of “GTA V” have been talked about by players and fans of the action-adventure video game series created by David Jones and Mike Dailly.
Twitter users have also been talking about Nintendo hosting a bigger Nintendo Direct, according to Nintendo Today. With this event happening, Rockstar will have a good opportunity to announce the Switch port.
But, it is also possible that the “GTA V: Premium Edition” will be released only to help new players catch up with the game.
“GTA Online,” the online edition of the multiplayer action-adventure video game, was released on Oct. 1, 2013. The “GTA V: Premium Edition” will allow new buyers to obtain all the DLCs since the launch of “GTA Online.”
GTA Online draws crowds, shatters records with Diamond Casino & Resort update
The free Diamond Casino & Resort update for GTA Online drew the game’s biggest crowds since the online component of Grand Theft Auto V launched in October 2013.
Rockstar Games did not provide specific numbers, but the developer and publisher told The Hollywood Reporter that the highly anticipated update delivered the biggest player numbers for GTA Online for a single day on July 23, and for a single week from July 23 to July 29.
The Diamond Casino & Resort update adds new narrative elements to GTA Online, focused on gangster Tao Cheng, The Diamond’s head of operations Agatha Baker, and a plan to protect the casino from a hostile takeover by the Duggans, a ruthless Texan petrochemical family that is looking to expand its business.
In addition to finally opening the casino, which has stood as a vacant lot with an “opening soon” sign since Grand Theft Auto 5 was released in September 2013, the update contains six new story missions and several other new competitive modes. It also allows players to buy and customize a private penthouse suite, which also functions as a social space where they can host parties.
Shattering player records through a free content update is unheard of for a six-year-old game, but GTA Online continues its impressive run. Grand Theft Auto V has shipped 110 million copies globally and holds the distinction as the highest-grossing media title ever with $6 billion in revenue in its lifetime.
Also impressive is that Rockstar Games was able to release the Diamond Casino & Resort update for GTA Online amid the ongoing updates for Red Dead Redemption 2 and its online component, Red Dead Online.
Grand Theft Auto 5 and GTA Online remain popular after six years, but fans are already looking forward to Grand Theft Auto 6. Recent rumors claim that the game is in the works and that it will feature multiple cities including Liberty City and Vice City.
The leak also claimed that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be a next-generation title, as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will not be able to run it due to memory restrictions. Rockstar Games is also said to have big plans for the game’s online component.

Grand Theft Auto V Delivers With Big Updates
There is no denying the fact that Grand Theft Auto V has become one of the hottest video games in recent years. In fact, it is one of the most profitable games ever. It has become a big hit in Africa, America, Canada, and elsewhere. There are many things that help make the game so amazing. It offers gorgeous graphics and plenty of intense excitement. It is true that the game is a little controversial. This is one of the things that makes it so great. If you’re a fan of controversial material, there is a good chance that you’re going to love Grand Theft Auto V.
There is no denying the fact that Grand Theft Auto V has become one of the hottest video games in recent years. In fact, it is one of the most profitable games ever.
While it was released many years ago, the game is still popular today. Why? Much of this has to do with the fact that the developer, Rockstar Games, continues releasing big updates for the game. Within this guide, you’ll learn more about the latest updates including The Diamond Casino and Resort.
About The Game
First and foremost, you should learn a little more about Grand Theft Auto V. It might not seem like it but this game has been out for a very long time. In fact, it was released for the previous generation of gaming consoles. The game was originally released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September of 2013. It was released for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in November of 2014. The game finally made it sway to Microsoft Windows in April of 2015. Despite being so old, it is still one of the most popular games on the planet. It is also very profitable.
While the single-player mode is impressive, it is the online aspect of GTA V that has made the game so popular. It is here that the developers continue improving upon the experience with new updates. Since the game’s launch, players have been blessed with tons of new updates. In March of 2014, Rockstar released the Business Update. This brought many new additions to the game. For instance, it provided players with new attire, vehicles, and aeroplanes. Players gained access to formal and business attire including new suits, slacks, heels, blouses, and glasses.
Currency themed tattoos were also released at this time. The High Life update was released in May of 2014. This update made it possible for players to upgrade their residence and begin living in a new high-end apartment. They were also given the option of buying a second garage or apartment. New wardrobe items and vehicles were also made available. Suffice to say, Rockstar is adamant about releasing new updates.
GTA Smugglers Run
There is a good chance that you’ve played the Smuggler’s Run games form Rockstar. In August on 2017, Rockstar decided to blend the two games with the launch of GTA Online: Smugglers Run. The update proved to be one of the most popular among players. It brought new modes and so much more. It also gave players the ability to customize their hanger, which would become the centre of their smuggling operation. They were also able to take advantage of the optional living quarters and so much more. This update brought many players back to the game and it delivered the nostalgia that people loved about the Smuggler’s Run games.
Finally, Rockstar has announced a new update. It is being referred to as The Diamond Casino & Resort. The announcement was made back on July 18, 2019. The developer will take the best features of the best online casinos and blend them into their top game. The developer launched a video on its official YouTube page. That video showcased the update’s new content and features. The most important addition with the update is the new casino and resort. It can be found on the corner of Mirror Park Boulevard and Vinewood Park Drive. Players can take advantage of the activities inside or they can chill out in the included luxurious residence.
It has been confirmed that players will be able to play numerous games at the casino. This will be one of the most ambitious updates Rockstar has ever put out for the Grand Theft Auto V game. If you’re a fan of this game, you’ll be excited about this new update!
‘GTA V Casino’ DLC release date as next update?
It has been months since the new update to “Grand Theft Auto 5” was released. But even while players are currently busy with “Online Heists,” they are still clamoring for a new update, and hardcore fans of the open-world exploration and city role-playing title are wondering if Rockstar Games plans on releasing a gambling-themed update next.
The rumored “GTA V Casino” expansion is just a product of fervent fans’ wish lists right now, but recent leaks suggest that a casino-inspired DLC pack may not be too far out for the next “GTA V” expansion.
According to Master Herald, new information regarding a new expansion surfaced online courtesy of “Grand Theft Auto” fan and occasional tipster Funmw2. In the report, it was rumored that with the new DLC, a new location called Clifford City will be opened up for players to explore. Additionally, there are also leaked source code information hinting that the new update would feature the grand opening of the Los Santos Casino, with players able to play casino games such as slot machines and poker. Additionally, the new update will reportedly allow players to bet on horse races, pink slip racing, and play the lottery.
Rumors on an upcoming update also swelled to fever pitch when Rockstar Games announced on its website an upcoming new content.
With a new image of an intricately-modeled pistol and a vintage sports car with Gullwing doors, Rockstar Games announced, “We are also working on another update coming soon that will feature some very cool new toys for you to enjoy and flaunt with your ill-gotten gains.”
The announcement and teaser image have confirmed that, indeed, there will be an upcoming update on the online version of “Grand Theft Auto V,” and whether it would be adding casino-inspired locales or a new mission for the main characters involving gambling funds, it is guaranteed that the new update will still be central to the main story in the current Rockstar Games title.
