GTA Online Nightclub Guide

Our GTA Online Nightclub guide for the After Hours DLC will take you through everything you need to do to start one and run it successfully.

With the addition of the GTA Online After Hours DLC, there were a number of new businesses that you can own in the game, one of which is Nightclubs which are a great way of earning money, and also a great place to store some of your vehicles.

GTA Online Nightclub Guide

The option to own a nightclub comes after you have downloaded the GTA After Hours Update. There are 10 different nightclubs that are available to purchase, the main difference really is the location and price. They all have pretty much the same business options and interiors so it’s going to down to how much you want to shell out in cash to buy one and what location suits your game the best.

Here is a rundown of the 10 nightclubs available and their prices.

West Vinewood Nightclub – $1,700,000
Downtown Vinewood Nightclub – $1,670,000
Del Perro Nightclub – $1,645,000
Strawberry Nightclub – $1,525,000
La Mesa Nightclub $1,500,000
Mission Row Nightclub – $1,440,000
Cypress Flats Nightclub – $1,370,000
Vespucci Canals Nightclub – 1,320,000
LSIA Nightclub – $1,135,000
Elysian Island Nightclub – $1,080,000

Changing Nightclub Name

One other thing to note it that you can change the name of the nightclubs at any point, one of the names are free, but the other name changes come at a price:

Omega – for free
Galaxy – $33,500
Gefangnis – $33.500
Maisonette Los Santos – $33,500
Paradise – $33,500
Studio Los Santos – $33,500
Technology – $33,500
The Palace – $33,500
Tony’s Funhouse – $33,500

Nightclub Business

The nightclubs as your first or only business it not such a great option as even when it is at full popularity you’ll only be able to earn the max daily in-game profit of $10k. To maintain the highest level of popularity you have to regularly run promotion missions. You’ll also need to collect the daily profit from the safe yourself. So in terms of it being an efficient way to make money as your first or second business in the game, it’s not that great and will consume too much of your playing time for the return that you get.

However let’s not give up on the idea of a nightclub right away, with our GTA Online Nightclub guide you can learn that it’s great when used in conjunction with other businesses that been unlocked already. Check out the nightclub’s PC management tab to see the kind of things that you can do with your nightclub based on what other businesses you have unlocked.

You’ll find that you can make a tidy daily profit from the nightclub and it’s pretty much hands free.

Nightclub Raids

One unfortunate thing about running a nightclub in GTA Online is that it will get raided, regularly! So basically if you are inactive for 4 hours or have 20% or more available stock stored you run the risk of being raided. You can however opt for the security upgrade and this will double the hours and stock capcity before you get raided.

Your nightclub only runs the risk of being raided if during those 4 (or 8 with the security upgrade) hours you don’t do anything related to game missions.

The security upgrade is definintely something essential for your nightclub if you are aiming to run it as a money making business.

Warehouse Technicians

If you want to use your nightclub in conjunction with other businesses and start producing items, you’ll need technicians. You can up to 5 technicians working in a nightclub and their cost variers from 100k – 300k. Technicians are assigned via the Warehouse Management option. You’ll also need to make sure that your nightclub has enough storage floors for all these techicians, so make sure your number of floors are maxed out to make sure you make the most profit from your nightclub.

After you have added technicians you’ll need to purchase the raw products for them to turn into saleable goods. We recommend that you get the equipment upgrades as this will reduce the production time of itmes.

All in all, if you are maxed out in terms of the number of technicians and they are all producing you can potentially make roughly $40k every hour from the nightclub business.

In addition to this and assuming your nightclub is at full popularity you’ll also be able to withdraw 10k from the safe in the warehouse daily.

Gta 5 nightclub

If you can manage to AFK for it then its great. Just have to sell it.
You dont need to keep the promotions up for the illegal business itself that just effects what goes into your safe. Its 10k in game day when you are max populairty. IMO not worth the time.

So heres the setup I go with:

The properties that make the most money for your Night Club are Crates/Guns/Coke/Meth and Counterfeit Cash. So I went with those 5. You can own up to 7 (Weed and Forged Documents are the other 2 MC ones) but can only have 5 going at once due to only having 5 guys to hire.

Now I personally sell at 90 stock or slightly below in the Night Club to keep it to the first vehicle as I dont have the other two delivery vehicles. I havent worked the time out here but you make around 500K.

Selling
1-119 crates = Speedo
120-239 = Mule
240-360 = Pounder

5 technicians in the 5 most profitable areas, you “should” sell every 20 hours (maximum storage reached via Cash and Meth), which will net you $831,400 before fees.

I also buy supplies for gun running at the Bunker itself. And sell those when it hits 175k. You do the long delivery, which nets you I believe 262k. Takes about 2.5 hours to get to 175k.

So all the work you are doing is buying guns for the Bunker and selling them, and also selling Night Club. I only check the Night Club every so often. And usually AFK in the bunker since you have to buy supplies every 2 hours or so.

Now if you dont want to AFK this is what Ive been doing:

You can also do CEO/VIP missions, as well as crates or vehicle import/export.

Some people play as MC however, I believe you dont get charged daily fees on your MC stuff when you arent MC. And since you at the very least have 3 MC businesses open with max hired help, itll cost you.

You dont need supplies for those others to run into the Night Club, but they cant be shutdown either. IMO they arent worth the operating costs of the daily fees and buying supplies to run it alongside the night club and gun running. Better to do CEO/VIP stuff.

This link has all the info.

GTA Online After Hours Nightclub Guide – How To Generate Income, Nightclub Tips

Share

The After Hours Nightclub is a new feature in GTA Online which can be used to generate money among many other things. Today, we will tell you about all that you can do in this place and how it will benefit you in this GTA Online After Hours Nightclub Guide. Our GTA Online After Hours Nightclub Guide will acquaint you with all of the features that come as a part of the Nightclub in the new After Hours update for GTA Online.

GTA Online After Hours Nightclub

The Nightclub generates its own passive income for you and you will be able to increase the income by assigning workers to the businesses that you already own. You also get three utility trucks which are heavily armored but cannot take a lot of explosive damage. Remember though that upgrading your nightclub will take quite a lot of cash out of your pocket.

You also have access to many garage spaces in the Nightclub and you can store a ton of stuff there. The Nightclub income will be based on the amount of traffic you are able to generate. The income does have a cap at 10K though so there is a limit to how much money you can get passively. There is a wall safe in your office from where you can access the cash that you have earned.

How to Generating Income?

Remember that the club has an upkeep fee of 1,750 every 48 hours. It is best if you run it as a CEO to avoid paying the high fees. Tony will also take a 10% cut from everything for his services.

In the club, Coke gets you 20k for a unit, Hangar and CEO Crates get you 10k for a unit, Meth 8.5k a unit, Counterfeit Cash 3.5k a unit, Gunrunning Weapons 5k a unit, Weed 1.5k a unit, and Document Forgery 1k a unit. The best way to make money is to have five technicians assigned to the five most profitable income streams above.

The income stated above is without any equipment upgrades. Therefore, if you are able to cough up the cash for the upgrades, chances are that you will also be able to generate a much higher revenue than you would without them.

Without the upgrades; Coke, Hangar, and CEO crates along with Meth seem to net you the greatest amounts of cash per hour.

It is best to sell your items at least once every 20 hours. Chances are that it will take around 20 hours for you to fill up your storage with the aforementioned items.

However, this varies according to the type of items that you have in store so it is best to check if your warehouse is about to fill up every now and then. It is not that difficult to end up making around $800,000 every single day when you have the Nightclub going in full swing.

Lastly, a couple of fun things that you can do is to buy a shot of Macbeth which will cause you to pass out and wake up at a random location. You can also spray champagne all over the nightclub if you spend over 35k on the bottle. Also, try muting the music from your audio menu to laugh your ass off when you are in the nightclub.

That is all we have for our GTA Online After Hours Nightclub Guide. Let us know if we missed something using the comments section below!

GTA Online After Hours: How To Increase Payouts And Tips

If you’ve played GTA Online, then you’ll know that you can pretty much buy any business that takes your fancy. You can be a CEO, a VIP, or run your Biker Gang, but at the end of the day, all that matters is that sweet, sweet green that you make from these ventures and the best way to get ahead is to invest in a Nightclub.

Whereas all the other options that are on the table for you are pretty decent, it’s the Nightclub if managed correctly, that can yield the greatest reward so, with that in mind, we here at Gamepur have put together this handy little guide so you can get more bang for your buck.

GTA Online After Hours: How To Increase Payouts And Tips

Promote Your Club

This is quite a simple one to start with, but it’s one that can easily be forgotten or overlooked in the madness that is Los Santos. Just make sure that you keep your Nightclub popularity at the maximum level so you can rake in $10,000 ever 24 in-game hours. You can do this a couple of ways, such as taking out rival promoters billboards and advertising trucks, but this doesn’t usually raise your exposure that significantly, so the best approach is to do the promotional missions yourself. Keep on top of these, and the money will continue to stack up in your office safe.

Business Battles

As long as you’re in a public lobby, you should be able to get in on these, though some people still claim that they’ve never actually seen one. They are supposed to take place every 15 minutes, and the name of the game is to get to a random supply drop, somewhere on the map, before everybody else. This does mean that you’re going to come up against a ton of resistance as everybody clamors for the same prize, so make sure you’re armed with enough weaponry to start a small war, but if you get there first, you win and get to keep whatever it is you’ve found.

Hire As Many People As You Can

The name of the game here is to make the most money, and the best way you can do that is to have the right people for the right job. Make sure that you’re packed with security folks to help keep the raids on your warehouses to a minimum; after all, you can’t make any cashola if you don’t have any product, and the same goes for technicians. The more people you have working on your nefarious deeds then, the more illegal items you can have to sell.

Special Orders

Every so often, you’ll get a special order dropped on you, but as you only get a 5% bonus on them, it’s best to leave these unless they’re for high-end goods. Otherwise, the risk isn’t worth the reward.

The Bottom Dollar

So just what can you make and how much can you get for your troubles? I hear you ask.

Cargo and Shipments

  • Production Time: 58.33 Hours
  • Payout: $500,000

Cash Creation

  • Production Time: 20 Hours
  • Payout: $140,000

Organic Produce

Pharmaceutical Research

  • Production Time: 20 Hours
  • Payout: $170,000

Printing & Copying

  • Production Time: 15 Hours
  • Payout: $60,000

Sporting Goods

South American Imports

  • Production Time: 20 Hours
  • Payout: $200,000

If you don’t have any other facilites and expect this one to give you enough income, don’t buy it.

Nightclub alone will be enough only to cover your daily fees with maximum daily (in-game) profit of 10k at maximum popularity. You will need to collect that money personally from your safe in the club. And to keep maximum popularity you’ll have to run

5 minutes promotion missions which will not be explained due to be very straightforward.

So if you’re thinking of getting it as 1st or 2nd facility, don’t.

As an addition to other business it becomes more interesting.

The mechanic here is following: you need to own facilities from previous updates to get access to accruing different types of goods from your nightclub. However, you need people to do that for you. In the nightclub PC’s management tab. They cost from

300k to get. The cool thing about them, they won’t increase your utility charges and will get product from businesses even if you don’t have supplies there. So the income is as passive as it gets.

And here’re the profits you can get for the goods. Equipment upgrade or any facility upgrades DO NOT increase stock value (speed increase still unknown). And to get more product space, you need to upgrade nightclub’s storage; by default it has only 20% of maximum and each level adds another 20%. Numbers shown below are for maxed storage.

  • -Organic Produce = 1500$ / 20 mins; max 80 (Weed Farm).
  • -Cash Creation = 3500$ / 30 mins; max 40 (Cash Factory).
  • -Pharmaceutical Research = 8500$ / 60 mins; max 20 (Meth Lab).
  • -South American Imports = 20000$ / 120 mins; max 10 (Cocain Lockup).
  • -Sporting Goods = 7500$ / 60 mins; max 100 (Bunker).
  • -Cargo and Shipments = 10000$ / 70 mins; max 50 (Hangar).

GTA Online: After Hours nightclub update out now on PC

With new missions, ten clubs, four world-famous acts and more.

GTA Online’s much-anticipated After Hours nightclub update is live on PC.

Featuring real-world performers The Black Madonna, Tale of Us, Solomun and Dixon, the update brings with it ten purchasable nightclub locations—available on Maze Bank Foreclosure.

Budding proprietors can fill venues with resident DJs, podium dancers, lighting rigs, and back of house staff. Likewise, players can invite up to 30 other clubbers inside for a boogie or a bust up. Entry fees can be set between free and $100. Be warned: bouncers will eject those who sneak in without paying.

I’ve yet to jump in myself (expect more words on After Hours later this week), but Rockstar Intel provides this handy breakdown of club prices. The cheapest, located on Elysian Island, comes in at $1,080,000. The most expensive, the West Vinewood Nightclub, costs $1,700,000. Changing your club’s name, decor, staff, and security detail among other possible tweaks costs extra—which Twitter person Nuro reckons maxes out at $5,072,400.

This is the most a nightclub can cost, most expensive one, everything maxed out. pic.twitter.com/1E5quQU6aEJuly 24, 2018

Acquiring resident DJs requires players to complete that performer’s missions—a snippet of which is teased above as The Black Madonna decks a policeman. “Once the DJ’s set-up missions are complete,” explains Rockstar, “the DJ will become the club’s resident DJ, seamlessly changing over from the current resident.”

To this end, look out for Solomun at launch—today, July 24—Tale of Us on July 31, Dixon on August 7 and The Black Madonna on August 14, each of whom dictates the tunes on any given night. Next week, look out for new radio station Los Santos Underground Radio which will be updated with new DJ mixes following each DJ’s residency.

Interestingly, nightclubs double up as a business venture and hubs for your other businesses. Guest List members are also in-line for a “GTA$350,000 bonus on the house”, as detailed on the Rockstar Newswire.

After Hours also adds seven new vehicles—including the Dinka Jester Classic, the Party Bus and Mammoth Patriot Stretch—with more coming down the line.

And if you’re simply here to shake yer bum—be that in your club’s VIP area or its dancefloor—After Hours adds a range of dance moves, such as Uncle Disco, Salsa Roll, Find the Fish, and Raise the Roof. I recognise the last, but I’m clueless about the others. If Rockstar adds Dad Dance I’ll be good to go.

Nightclubs Rumored For Next GTA Online DLC

Update: The Nightclub DLC is now out! Check out our full guide here.

A fresh rumor regarding GTA Online’s next major DLC was recently posted by a fairly renowned leaker and, if true, it will likely make a lot of fans happy.

LATEST GTA NEWS CLIPS

But first let us start by reminding everyone that in spite of anyone’s track record, any information from a source other than Rockstar is to be met with a good measure of skepticism. That said, Yan2295 has been very rarely wrong and this newest leak seems both plausible and lines up with a very popular fan request.

According to this Tweet, the next major DLC will involve buying and operating your own nightclubs in a manner similar to the other businesses that were introduced across most previous updates. Like your Bikers businesses, Bunkers and Hangars, you will need to upgrade and maintain your nightclub to attract patrons.

No further details were provided by Yan2295 beyond the DLC being slated for a June release. However the baseline concept of a nightclub update based on the existing GTA Online DLC model leaves little to the imagination.

A number of purchasable nightclub properties will be added to the game map, with most of them being placed into downtown Los Santos. Once you’ve bought and customized the nightclub, you’ll probably be able to upgrade things like marketing, performers and drink selection to make the club more attractive.

As for what kinds of missions this rumored DLC would include, we’re at more of a loss. Maybe it will have a greater PvP aspect, having you sabotaging or wrecking other clubs to give them a bad rep. Alternatively, you might need to ward off NPC attackers on your own club.

Yan2295 also stated that a previously leaked business consolidation DLC, which would retroactively link all previous businesses to make management more convenient, is still happening. However on that note, we wouldn’t be surprised if the Nightclub DLC is the business consolidation update. It’s a pop culture staple that crime bosses lead their operations out of nightclubs, casinos or Italian restaurants after all.

Additionally such a Nightclub DLC would be clear nod at the GTA 4 expansion The Ballad of Gay Tony, which also featured nightclubs prominently. Whether the update would see a familiar face visit Los Santos from Liberty City to be a new content remains to be seen, but would be a nice treat for fans of the franchise.

Rockstar never hurries with announcements, so if this DLC is real and actually arriving in June as the rumor suggests, don’t expect official confirmation any time soon.

Gta 5 nightclub

From GTA 5: the Cockatoos Nightclub

I didn’t find the Cockatoos nightclub as a build interesting at all in GTA 5 at first, but later I was driving by it in the middle of the night, and I was captivated how nice it looked with its yellow and white neon lights, it was decent, elegant and I wanted to recreate it quickly. I knew that I couldn’t do justice to the illuminated exterior because lighting works differently in Sims 3, but on the other hand, I have had the freedom to create the interior by my own ideas.

STORE CONTENT: For the first time in my uploads, I had to use one Store content: the building is decorated with tons of climbing ivy, outside and inside, and it is downloadable from the EA Store for free, from here: K2 Ivy by EA At least it shows for me as free, I hope it is for other simmers too. I don’t recommend to download this lot without having the K2 Ivy as well.

I have set this nightclub to be a Fusion Lounge (Late Night EP) because I wanted it to be as clean and elegant as possible. In GTA 5 it’s in West Vinewood, and not far from Rockford Hills (based on real-life Beverly Hills), so I have assumed while building that the owners want to attract Vinewood celebrities and the rich Rockford Hills folks, so it has to be elegant. You can find a dance floor and a piano in the bar, also a karaoke and hot tub in the other room for wilder skinny-dipping entertainment. Nectar racks can be found in the bar as well, and nectar drinking is extremely popular in this lounge so far in my game.

PLAYTEST: The lot will generate a Pianist and a Mixologist NPC. Sometimes it takes several sim-hours to happen. I haven’t found routing problems so far. Sometimes the stereo music can only be heard after I toggle disabled/enabled in Live mode manually. There are three special effects machine (Late Night EP) inside the hot tub room; when you first enter the lot in Live mode, you may have to configure them manually otherwise they may be turned off by default. Recommended effects: Bubbles and Fog.

No CC and no spawners on the lot. Only one piece of EA Store content. EPs required: World Adventures, Late Night, Ambitions, Generations, Seasons, Showtime, University Life and Island Paradise.

Lot Size: 30×30
Lot Price (furnished): 115,208
Lot Price (unfurnished): 63,645

Additional Credits:
to Rockstar Games for the design of GTA 5 buildings; and to Coasterboi for the custom neighborhood Angel City that can be seen on my photos as a background.

Install Instructions

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game’s Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it’s done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Grand Theft Auto V Prepares for Nightclub Update by Giving Players Millions

Ever wanted to feel like a bit of a player? Well now you can, thanks to Grand Theft Auto V. In preparation for the game’s Nightclub Update, which sees players run their own venue, launching in July, Rockstar are offering players a chance to join the Guest List. With it, comes cash. Lots and lots of cash.

Logging on to GTA Online anytime between now and July 2 will net you GTA$300,000, which will hit back accounts by July 9. In addition to that, returning every week in July will also see Rockstar dropping a cool sum of between $100,000 to $350,000 into your virtual bank accounts. With a bit of luck, you should become a millionaire in-game without doing as much as lifting a finger. That’s the nightclub business for you.

Other exclusive rewards for getting on the Guest List ahead of the Nightclub Update are as follows:

  • Exclusive discounts on forthcoming vehicles like the powerful MTL Pounder Custom– a highly customizable asset for your lucrative business deliveries
  • Exclusive liveries on new vehicles like the Ocelot Swinger classic sports car
  • New nightclub themed t-shirts

More Guest List perks are on the way but, for now, Rockstar has got this party started in some style. Go forth and spend, spend, spend!

New GTA 5 After Hours Content Detailed, Get A New Car, Blimp, New Club DJs

Share

Three things that we can expect to see in the new GTA 5 After Hours content have been detailed, including a new car, a way to use a blimp, and a new radio station, and that’s probably not all that we’ll be doing either from what Rockstar has been telling us.

While the After Hours content released last week, new content is being activated this week, and a lot of it will be helping you flesh out your nightclub, the main draw of the expansion that you can use to bring in more money. And there’s a number of things that you can do to make it more appealing to the Los Santos population as well.

To start the GTA 5 After Hours content off with, you can buy a blimp in order to run advertisements for your nightclub, bringing more people to it and therefore more cash. You can also probably fly the blimp around Los Santos in multiplayer, but watch out for someone in a jet who might decide your big glowing blimp is also a big glowing target.

A new car is also available, the Enus Stafford, which is a four-door automobile that not only looks like something a gangster from the 40s would drive, but it’s super flashy as well, meaning that you’re likely to draw people’s eye when you drive down the street.

Two new DJs for you to book for your club, known as Tales of Us, will also be available. They’ll be playing exclusive, custom-made music for their upcoming album, and it’ll also be playing on Los Santos Underground Radio. They won’t be here forever though; next week they’ll leave, and you’ll be able to rent the DJ known as Dixon.

IF you have the money to buy both the Blimp and the Enus Stafford, you can get with it now since both bits of GTA 5 After Hours content are available this week.
