Red Dead Redemption 2 UFO Locations – How to find all UFOs

Where is the Red Dead Redemption 2 UFO, and how do you find it? Is there more than one to find? Red Dead Redemption 2 is out now, and players all over the world are combing through the game for secrets. Rockstar always packs interesting Easter eggs into their games and this is no exception, such as the creepy Ghost of Bluewater Marsh.

But what about aliens? Much like the big Grand Theft Auto V UFO mystery that took ages to solve and ended in a fair few close encounters, Red Dead Redemption 2 also seems to have a number of flying saucers buzzing over the Old West. We’re here to help you track down those alien varmints.

Where is the Red Dead Redemption 2 UFO quest?

The first part of the secret UFO quest in Red Dead Redemption 2 in to head to a special shack just north of Emerald Station in New Hanover. Just above Emerald Ranch (and Station) on the map is a small lake. Head there, and you’ll find a little shack that looks rather worse for wear. Go in and you’ll find a rather creepy scene: a lot of dead bodies in bed, many burnt-out candles, and a skeletal cultist sat behind an altar. The fireplace behind the skeleton, at the end of the shack, is hiding a note called the “mysterious sermon.” Read it, and it will tell you where and when to go to find the UFO.

Where to find the first UFO location in Red Dead Redemption 2

The note mentions two clues: Mount Shann, and “the second hour under the half-moon.” This is the time and the place where the flying saucer will appear. Mount Shann is to the north of Strawberry, in the center of Big Valley in West Elizabeth. You can probably get a train to nearby Riggs Station or a stagecoach to Strawberry itself if you don’t fancy riding that far. Once you do, head up to the top of the area, and at the tip of one of the lower peaks of Mount Shann will be a small stone monolith within a stone circle.

You’ll notice that nothing happens. The cultists didn’t stay there, did they? After visiting Mount Shann they went back to the shack, which is what you have to do. Go back to the area you came from, now marked on your map as “Hani’s Bethel.” Make sure you arrive at night-time around 2:00, so set up camp and take a sleep until nightfall if you have to. If you’ve followed these steps correctly, the shack will be engulfed in a mysterious green light, and buzzed by a flying saucer! That’s not the only one in the game though…

Where to find the second UFO location in Red Dead Redemption 2

To find the second Red Dead Redemption 2 UFO, you’ll want to head back to Mount Shann once more. On the other hand, you could just stick around when you head there the first time since this one doesn’t seem to be part of the actual UFO quest, and can be seen at any point in the game.

You’re probably thinking that the Mount Shann UFO will presumably appear at the stone ritual site you found earlier. That would make a lot of sense, but then Rockstar doesn’t always follow the obvious path. In actuality, it’s on probably the tallest peak of Mount Shann, right above the area where you can find the remains of a Bigfoot. We’ve marked the exact point on the map above.

Head to this location, and wait until around 1 am to 2 am. If you’re at the right spot, look south over the forest and get your binoculars out. Without warning, a small flying saucer should descend vertically from the clouds above. It’ll stick around long enough for you to examine it with the binoculars, then it will head straight back up again and disappear.

Are there more UFOs to be found in the game? Very probably, and we’ll update this guide when more are discovered. Also note that the cultist letter you found in the shack mentions that they would return in “the two-thousandth year.” Could this be the same UFO that can be found hovering over Mount Chiliad in Grand Theft Auto 5? Knowing Rockstar, that’s probably the intention.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Bigfoot: Where to Find Bigfoot

Where to Find Bigfoot: Red Dead Redemption 2

Strange and fascinating creatures lurk at every corner in the game if you’re willing to look for them. Here’s how you can find Bigfoot in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is packed with all sorts of interesting easter eggs, such as that strange UFO and even the KKK. Aliens aren’t the only thing you can stumble upon, as even Bigfoot is in the game.

Don’t expect him to be walking around the wilderness, however, since the creature isn’t actually alive. Instead, you can find its bones decomposing on the top of a mountain. If you want to see its remains for yourself, we’ll show you how to do it.

First off, you’ll want to travel to the West and head into the Big Valley on your map in Red Dead Redemption 2. From there, you want to head over to Mount Shann and travel a bit to the south of the mountain. Check out the map below if you’re a little lost at Mount Shann.

Once you’re at that exact location, you should be on top of some snowy cliffs overlooking the vast wilderness below.

Here’s an image of where you should be at before starting your Bigfoot hunt.

When you’ve arrived around that area, you’ll want to start heading northwest until you spot a hill heading upwards. Climb up that hill and head left, making a full u-turn around the cliff. You’ll see another hill heading downward, make your way down this path.

Right below that hill is a short plateau that’s covering the path. You should see a pile of bones beneath the jutting rocks, which are the remains of Bigfoot in Red Dead Redemption 2. The Bigfoot skeleton is enormous, so it’s hard to miss.

If you examine it, Arthur will open up his notebook and sketch the skeleton. He’ll also scribble down a few notes down that reads, “Found a massive skeleton. Wonder how big the man was, or if he was a man at all.”

You can’t really do anything with the Bigfoot skeleton save for jotting it down on your notebook. Once Arthur’s done, you’re pretty much free to leave the area and keep exploring in Red Dead Redemption 2.

That’s pretty much everything you need to know about where to find Bigfoot in Red Dead Redemption 2. For more tips and tricks, be sure to search through our expansive wiki for more guides.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Pig Mask Location

Home » Red Dead Redemption 2 » Red Dead Redemption 2 Pig Mask Location

Pig Mask in RDR2 is one of several unique masks in the game. The Red Dead Redemption 2 unique Pig Mask can’t be bought in a store, like many others can. Instead, you have to find the RDR 2 pig mask location and take it for yourself. The only problem there is that the mask is off the beaten path, so you do have to go looking for it. So, here’s our Red Dead Redemption 2 Pig Mask Location guide to show you exactly where to find it.

Where to Find Pig Mask Location in RDR2?

To find the Unique Pig Mask in Red Dead Redemption 2, you’ll have to go to Butcher Creek. This location is northwest of the Van Horn Trading post, and southeast of Elysian Pool, in the south of the region called Roanoke Ridge. The place is just as lovely as it sounds. It’s basically a small gathering of “buildings”, and there’s flesh, blood, and guts literally everywhere. Approach the place where the butcher is standing and leaning on a pole. The RDR2 Pig Mask is hanging on a pole next to the one the dude is leaning on. When you approach it, you’ll get the prompt to switch your hat for the pig mask.

The mask should be in your horse menu once you pick it up. Mount your horse, and go into that menu. Go to the bottom left section, and use L2 and R2 to scroll between the items to find the pig mask. You can also just ride into the camp with the Pig Mask in your inventory. You’ll then be able to also find the mask in your Wardrobe inventory, and put it on whenever you want to look like a particularly gruesome serial killer. There are several other masks that make you look like a slasher movie villain, but the Pig Mask takes the cake.

Panoramic Map Guide: Where to find the Panoramic Map in Red Dead Redemption 2

by enricofairme · Published November 11, 2018 · Updated November 29, 2019

The world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is full of mysteries. One of the most intriguing of mysteries is the Panoramic Map which shows a number of locations around the world as viewed from Mount Shann. What exactly the map is showing has yet to be determined, but the mystery of it has many people excited. Below I will show you where to find the Panoramic Map in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Panoramic Map Location: Frozen Corpses Northeast of Polter

The Panoramic Map is located in the frozen region of Ambarino near Polter. To get the exact location, make your way along the northeast road head out of Polter towards Adler Ranch. Along the road there is a campsite (you should see two Xs appear on your radar). When you enter the camp you will see two frozen corpses outside of a tent. In the hands of the corpses is something you can interact with. Interact with the item to receive the Panoramic Map.

Panoramic Map

The Panoramic Map is one of the more interesting mysteries in RDR2.

So what is the significance of the Panoramic Map? Well currently it remains to be seen. What we do know is that it is linked to Mount Shann and it highlights what appears to be a number of locations from that vantage point. Since there are a number of interesting things on Mount Shann (drawing, UFO sighting, and dial), it appears to be connected to a much larger mystery. If you have any ideas, or just want to throw out your theories, drop them in the comments!

The map represent the towns and settlements, Valentin, Annesburg, Van Horn, Blackwater and StrawberryY.You can see that better at night when the citylights are on.

Charlie the eagle represent Arthur Morgan, his grave is located at that spot after his death, btw the eagle can NOT be kill after Arthur death , i believe the map represent the location of the gang gravesites. Also i did discover a spaceship abducting a person from top of the Mountain, weird.

There’s also a giant’s skeletal remains on the side of the mountain trail, in the fetal position, under a small opening in the rock. I took a journal entry of it.

There is a monk on the edge of the mountain in the grizzlies. Once you have the map and you find him he will turn into a eagle and fly away. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to follow him because I shot him and plucked his feathers.

I’m pretty sure it has different spawn locations. I found this in the hills over Lake Isabella while looking for the Arabian horse last night. Unfortunately I didn’t save, so I don’t have it anymore. So I went back to try to find it and now I can’t find em

I did find this encounter in a different location, but now I went to where this post says to go and it also spawned. Which now had a white dot on my map too, unlike the first one.

I went to go check out one of the locations on map the second one from the left and waited till night. Went to the location and a ghost train appeared out of nowhere. I know I was in right location because the old mill is at the end of the creek bed on old map

I’ve heard about the ghost train, but haven’t seen it myself. That’s a pretty cool little easter egg.

This is one of the reasons why I love Rockstar Games so much. Their attention to the little details that make the world really come alive. When GTA V came out, it felt like the real world. Years have passed since then and technology has advanced, and RDR2 now puts GTA V to shame. RDR2’s Story mode is undeniably one of the most high-quality games ever made. Sure, the tasks might get repetitive once you’re near beating the game, but never forget how it felt when you were new to the game, how truly full of life the world feels. Few games have ever managed to make their in-game world seem so alive and absolutely teeming with possibilities. It’s the little details that really make this possible, the treasures, the random encounters, and especially the mysteries, and Rockstar Games has a clear love for mysteries and the unexplained!

Theres a lookout tower next to a un attended camp behind it, its located at the top right side of the map.

Red Dead Redemption 2: Where to Find the Hidden Vampire in Saint Denis

Red Dead Redemption 2 is not only about the western cowboy themed game. It is also full of hidden mysteries that are being slowly discovered by fans. One of this new discovery is the vampire lurking in Saint Denis.

If you’re curious and wondering how to find the vampire, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you out. But before you start, please be reminded that this guide contains some spoilers of the game.

Where to Find the Vampire in RDR 2

For you to find the vampire in Saint Denis, you need to acquire the five writings in different locations around the area. Finding the first writing will lead you to another clue that will finally lead you to the vampire.

Vampire Scrawling Clue #1

The first vampire clue is written on the wall of the General Store in Saint Denis. Go to the southern part of the store, and you will find a white written clue on the wooden wall. Inspect the wall and then proceed to the next clue.

Vampire Scrawling Clue #2

After getting the first clue, head to the gunsmith located in the heart of Saint Denis. Behind the store, find the alley and walk until you see some doors. From there, you will find another writing on the wall. Inspect the writings and proceed to the third clue.

Vampire Scrawling Clue #3

Go to the pinpoint map above. You will see a courtyard with a tree in the center. Find the archers with metal doors and go to the passage under that doors. Proceed until you find a chair beside some crates and barrels. Above the chair, you will find some writings of the vampire leading you to the fourth clue.

Vampire Scrawling Clue #4

Head to the southern part of the Trapper. When you see the market, turn right and you will find some metal railings and gate. You will also see some crates and barrels on the area, and just above the broken crate in the north wall, you will find the final clue leading to the vampire’s final victim.

Vampire Scrawling Clue #5

Now, after inspecting the 4th clue, head to the northeast until you reach the Saloon. When you reached the saloon, find the red brick building on the southern part of the map. You will find the last clue beside the entrance of the building.

Interact with this final clue and a star will be drawn from all the coordinates where you find all the clues in your journal. Wait for a few days and make sure its night time to get in touch with the vampire.

Fighting and Killing the Vampire

Now that you already have the coordinates and it’s already night time, head to the church in Saint Denis. On the alley on the south wall of the church, you will see the vampire killing someone. There are times that the vampire may not appear, this usually happens when there are a lot of kids around.

Unlike the hunters in Red Dead Redemption 2, this vampire is on a different level when it comes to dealing damage. It can kill you from a single knife attack. If you managed to kill the vampire, you’ll get batwing and stringy meat. You can also keep the silver knife that you can use in the future if there’s another vampire appearance.

And that’s how you find the vampire in Red Dead Redemption 2. If you’re looking for more guides and tips, make sure to visit our Red Dead Redemption 2 Guide Directory.

Your guide to gaming delivered to your inbox daily.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is out on PC today. A lot of players, myself included, are already having some issues. Here are some of the problems you might be running into and some possible fixes that have been discovered so far.

First things first, you should get the latest graphics drivers for your card, which is usually a good place to start when you’re having issues. I’m running the game on mostly “High” settings on a GTX 1080, and I’m getting between 50 and 60 frames per second. I’m getting some weird freezes at random places, during which time the video pauses but the audio keeps playing. Upon advice from this reddit thread, I switched from the game’s default Vulkan to DX12, which fixed a freeze I consistently got in an early cutscene but hasn’t prevented a bunch of other ones. My freezes happened especially frequently during an early quest in the “Enter, Pursued by a Memory” mission. Some players report seeing their CPU spike when the game freezes; my CPU is a somewhat creaky Intel i5-4570, so that could be the culprit, but other players with beefier specs than mine are also reporting issues. It’s not gamebreaking for me yet, but it’s definitely annoying.

[Update 11/6, 7:58am—Some players are reporting that turning off some of the cores on their CPU is helping with this issue. That’s a bit deeper into my PC’s guts than I’m excited to go, but it seems to be helping.]

Many players are reporting not being able to start the game at all, with it either crashing on the intro or giving them a message that the Rockstar launcher won’t launch. Some folks are having luck fixing the intro crash by disabling their anti-virus software. Other players are getting a message saying “ activation required ” when they try to launch the game, with some reporting that logging in and out of the Rockstar Launcher helps.

Other players aren’t getting any audio. Some had luck by switching their audio output .

G/O Media may get a commission

Apple iPad (10.2-Inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB) – Silver (Latest Model)

Several players are reporting getting stuck in an infinite load screen , though there doesn’t seem to be a fix for that yet.

I’ve been a PC gamer a long time, so I know better than to expect a perfect launch, but I’m not alone in feeling a little frustrated. Hopefully we’ll be seeing some patches sooner rather than later. Rockstar sent Kotaku to a link advising players to update their graphics drivers to solve unexpected crashes and wrote, “We’re actively looking into any other issues as they arise and we’ll continue to update the Rockstar Support pages with more information as it becomes available.” The support page for PC issues is fairly sparse so far.

Update 6:10pm—Rockstar has added some crash troubleshooting tips , which include some of the tips listed here. The developer has also issued a Rockstar Launcher patch that will hopefully put an end to the stuck decrypting and launcher crashes.

Are you having any issues I haven’t listed here? Any fixes you’ve found? Let’s help each other out in the comments.

Red Dead Redemption 2: How To Solve Every Treasure Map | Locations Guide

Treasure Maps are one of the best ways to earn money in Red Dead Redemption 2 — if only they weren’t so painfully hard to complete. Treasure Maps are even more rare and difficult to solve this time around, because you’ll typically have to trudge to multiple hard-to-find locations on the map. The map is also roughly a billion times bigger than the first game, meaning you’ll usually encounter maps showing strange spots you’ve never seen before.

Unless you’re taking careful notes and canvassing the entire map, it isn’t likely you’ll be able to complete a Treasure Hunt without a little extra help. That’s where we come in. Below, I’m going to write simple, straightforward guides for every Treasure Map I find. You’ll usually find a huge reward at the end of these quests, so you don’t want to miss out — there are literally thousands of dollars worth of gold waiting in the hills.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Pocket Mirror Location – Molly

Home » Red Dead Redemption 2 » Red Dead Redemption 2 Pocket Mirror Location – Molly

Pocket mirror is one of the request items in Red Dead Redemption 2, and item you’ll have to bring to one of your camping buddies after they ask you to. This time, it’s Molly – she’s the one who wants the mirror – and she’ll ask you to get it in chapter 3. Since it is a unique item, it’s pretty hard to find. This guide is going to show you the Red Dead Redemption 2 pocket mirror location, so you can help Molly.

Where to find pocket mirror for Molly?

As it usually goes with request items, it’s hidden in a pretty secluded place. It’s a cabin called Martha’s Swain, in the north of the map. It’s in the East Grizzlies area, southeast of O’Creagh’s Run. It’s the big lake north of Emerald Ranch.

Once you’ve found it, enter through the green door. On your left, you’ll see another door, leading into the bedroom. Go inside and turn right. There will be a tiny blue nightstand next to the double bed. The pocket mirror will be on it.

Once you’ve brought it back, you’ll get another item as a reward from Molly. More importantly, her morale will improve, making her more likely to throw some cash into the donation box, which is essentially free money. If you’re looking to upgrade your camp without spending much money yourself, you should pay attention to these requests whenever you can – find a pipe for Dutch, a story book for Jack, a naval compass for Pearson and a harmonica for Sadie. All of them will increase the moral of the receiver, making them a better camp mate. There are other requests, as well, but most of them are about generic items you can get in any general store in the game.

If you end up getting stuck at another point, you might want to check out some of the other guides we have. We’ve written about mysteries like the missing person Gavin, the Rhodes Gunsmith prisoner, the locked door at Valentine doctor.
